At Eazehub, we strive to provide exceptional services to our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for our SaaS application.
Subscription Billing Structure
- Fixed Monthly Subscription Fees: Charged upfront on the 1st of every month for the upcoming month of service.
- Variable Transaction Fees: Calculated based on the transactions processed during the month and charged on the last day of each month.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
If you choose to cancel your Eazehub subscription, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation Request: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us through hello@eazehub.com
- Refund Calculation: Upon cancellation, we will refund the unused portion of your fixed monthly subscription fees for the remaining days of the billing month, after deducting the variable transaction fees incurred for transactions processed up to the date of cancellation in that month.
- No Refund for Past Months: Refunds will only apply to the current billing month. No refunds will be issued for previous months of service or for variable fees already charged for prior months.
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit your cancellation request before the end of the current billing month to initiate the refund process.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation, provided all variable transaction fees for the month have been calculated.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. If this is not feasible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
- Final Invoice: Upon cancellation, you will receive a final invoice detailing the variable transaction fees deducted and the refunded balance of the fixed subscription fees, if applicable.
Example Scenario
- You subscribe to Eazehub with a fixed monthly fee of INR 5,000 (charged on the 1st) and incur variable transaction fees based on usage.
- On March 15th, you decide to cancel your subscription.
- At the time of cancellation, you have incurred INR 1,200 in variable transaction fees for the month.
- Your refund will be calculated as follows:
- Fixed fee for March (INR 5,000) ÷ 31 days = ~INR 161 per day.
- Remaining days (March 16th–31st) = 16 days × INR 161 = INR 2,576 (unused portion).
- Refund amount = INR 2,576 – INR 1,200 (variable fees) = INR 1,376.
- You will receive a refund of INR 1,376, processed within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Non-Refundable Fees: Variable transaction fees for completed transactions are non-refundable.
- Promotional Offers: If your subscription includes a promotional discount or trial period, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the standard rate rather than the discounted rate.
